Our cozy housekeeping cabin had a deck and big windows facing the lake. As the sun dipped below the horizon on the last night of our trip, 12-year-old Christopher looked out and said “Isn’t the lake just beautiful?” As we listened to a loon chortling in the distance, he added, “I just love this place.”
